Department Overview
The City Clerk's Office is responsible for the issuance of many licenses and permits including but not limited to Marriage licenses, Dog licenses, Hunting and Fishing licenses. On the right side of this page you will find links to information about these and other services offered, and, in the case where forms are available, the form and instructions for completing the form can be viewed and printed.
In addition, the City Clerk and Clerk Office Staff serve as support staff for the Binghamton City Council, which is the legislative branch of city government.
