2010 Street Rehabilitation Program
The City of Binghamton, with coordination and direction from the Engineering Department and Public Works, maintains and upgrades a range of public assets. The annual streets program is a comprehensive approach to asset management that strives to utilize our limited resources in the most cost-effective manner while balancing a range of maintenance needs.

A total of 30 Catchbasins and Manholes are to be repaired or replaced at the following locations:

Curb and Sidewalk Replacement
The following lists are representative of locations currently identified by the City Engineering Department for repair/reconstruction due to various reasons, including but not limited to a tree heave, a new water service connection, damage caused by City vehicles or the need for a handicap ramp. This list is subject to change as necessary. List 1 will be completed in 2010, List 2 will begin once List 1 is complete depending on funds remaining in the budget and the length of the construction season.
