The City Clerk’s Office, located on the first floor of City Hall, serves as the licensing agency for the City of Binghamton, and provides support to the Binghamton City Council. For a full list of permits and licenses offered through this office, please consult the links below.

Note on Marriage Ceremonies: If you wish to get married at City Hall, the City Clerk may perform marriage ceremonies by appointment only.
