The City of Binghamton Board of Contract & Supply is now accepting proposals for:

The Board of Contract & Supply will accept sealed bids for 530-532 State St Building Demolition and Asbestos Abatement (Former State Bowling Center)at their office in City Hall, 38 Hawley Street, Binghamton, until 10:30am on Wednesday, September 1, 2010, after which time and at which place, they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The contract documents and plans may be examined at the Office of the City Engineer, third floor, City hall, Binghamton, New York.  Copies may be obtained upon deposit of $75.00 (check or money order, payable to the City of Binghamton) per set, to be refunded upon return of sets in good condition within 30 days of award of contract.

The Board of Contract & Supply will accept sealed bids for Delavan Avenue Sanitary Sewer Replacement & Sanitary Sewer Pump Station at their office in City Hall, 38 Hawley Street, Binghamton, until 10:30am on Wednesday, August 18, 2010, after which time and at which place, they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The contract documents and plans may be examined at the Office of the City Engineer, third floor, City hall, Binghamton, New York.  Copies may be obtained upon deposit of $75.00 (check or money order, payable to the City of Binghamton) per set, to be refunded upon return of sets in good condition within 30 days of award of contract.
