The City of Binghamton Board of Contract & Supply is now accepting proposals for:

Applications are now being accepted from qualified not-for-profit agencies, faith-based organization, and public and private educational institutions with demonstrated experience in providing job training or skills development in the emerging green jobs sector.

Funding will be allocated under the City's approved Fiscal Year 37 Community Development Block Grant Program on a competitive basis.  Preference will be given to programs that result in both job training for targeted low/moderate income, underemployed populations and result in community benefits.

Completed applications must be received in the Purchasing Department, 2nd Floor of City Hall, on or before Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at 10:30am.

Sealed bids for Polyaluminum Hydroxychloride will be received by the Board of Contract & Supply, City of Binghamton, City Hall, 38 Hawley Street, Binghamton, NY 13901, until 10:30am on Wednesday, February 15, 2012.  Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the 11:00am meeting that day.
